Another "OP Fishery" seminar was held at our faculty, the MEVPIS center Vodňany from 14th to 15th January 2015. It was a seminar focused on Quality of fish meat and fish products, there was lectures made by our scientists, but also from the view of processors, distributors and gastronomy. At the end of the first day there was a tasting of fish specialities. The second day was dedicated to the excursion to the Fish processing company in Klatovy. The seminar was visited by 30 participants and we are really glad to receive nice feedbacks. Thank you.
