On September 21, 2021, the dean of the Faculty of Fisheries and Protection of Waters USB, Prof. Dipl.-Ing. Pavel Kozák, Ph.D. took over the Cross Border Award from the hands of the director of the South Bohemian Chamber of Commerce, Dipl.-Ing. Luďek Keista. The Cross Border Award 2020 is awarded annually. It distinguishes exceptional cross-border cooperations of companies and institutions in the area of South Bohemia, Upper Austria and Lower Bavaria. This cooperation is supported in particular by the INTERREG programs.
