From 1st October 2020 to 28th February 2021, I stayed at the Department of Food Science at Aarhus University in Denmark. Under the supervision of Prof. Trine Kastrup and Marianne Danielsen, I had the opportunity to learn new techniques in molecular biology and proteomics during my stay. During this stay, I also analyzed the results from the previous stay at Aarhus University in Denmark. Despite the COVID-19 pandemic situation, I could complete the planned analysis of my samples. The trip offered an excellent opportunity to develop my presenting skills through regular lab meeting presentations on my past and present work. Finally, at the end of the stay, we discussed future work and the possibility of continuing our collaboration with Aarhus University. I would like to thank the ERASMUS+ grant for funding my stay in Denmark.
