Till when you can send the application to study:
You shall send applications to bachelor and master studies till 1st August 2021 (only for the 2nd round of admission procedure).
You shall send applications to doctoral studies - study program Protection of Aquatic Ecosystems till 14th November 2021.
You shall send applications to doctoral studies . study program Fisheries till 14th November 2021.

The fee for the activities associated with the admission procedure is CZK 500 and must be paid by the time of the application submission, preferably by a bank transfer or by a post money order to:
In case of payment discrepancies, applicants will be asked to provide evidence of the payment for the admission procedure (bank statement, bank confirmation of the transfer, coupon from the post money order, etc.).

What application form shall be used? Where I can find the application form?
1) You shall use the standard Application form to study for enrolment to bachelor study. You can download the form here, buy it in shops SEVT, in most stationeries, or obtain it directly at the study department of USB Faculty of Fisheries and Protection of Waters – the form can be sent by post on request;
2) You shall use the amended application form for enrolment to follow-up master study (a 2-year study). You can download the form here
3) You shall use this application form for enrolment to doctoral study. You can download the form Here
Academic year:
2021/2022 - 2nd call
Evidence of payment:
It is not necessary to attach the evidence of payment. However, if problems with your payment occure, you will be asked to submit the evidence of payment.
If an applicant applies for more fields of study or for more forms of study, he/she can pay for all applications by one bank transfer / post money order.
Form of study:
Fill in the form of study you are applying for.
Full-time – daily study;
Combined - “consultations“ take place approx. 5 x - 6 x per semester, one day for each consultaion (usually on Friday);
Distant – it is not offered by the Faculty of Fisheries and Protection of Waters.
Field of study name:
It is necessary to mention a name of field of study in the application to study at university. If applicants apply for more fields of study (or forms of study), they are obliged to submit an individual application for each field of study and form of study (present study, combined study), and language of study (Czech, English).
Achievement from annual certificates (it only concerns applications to bachelor study):
It does not matter if you apply directly from the secondary school or if you work for some time or study somewhere else. ... You ALWAYS have to enclose verified copies of all 4 certificates from the secondary school including school-leaving certificate. You do not need to fill in subjects and gained marks from all years of graduated secondary school.
Study average (it only concerns applications to master study, field of study: Fishery and Protion of Waters, taught in Czech language):
Study average from bachelor study (weighted average) must be verified (by the stamp and the signature of the study department of graduated university). In case you are in last year of bachelor study and you are going to pass the state final exams, you submit the study average later after you finalize the last year, till the enrolment to studies at the latest.

Year of termination (it only concerns applications to master study):
If you have not finished bachelor study yet, fill in the month and the year, when you are going to finish it.
Health confirmation:
USB Faculty of Fisheries and Protection of Waters DOES NOT REQUIRE this confirmation.
Formal deficiencies of the application:
If the application has formal deficiencies, it will be returned to completion. Correctness of data mentioned in the application must be verified (study average from bachelor study by the stamp and the signature of the study department of graduated school).
